OUTSIDE THE U.S. : Fill out the Request Form below and we will let you know what the cost would be in your local currency based on the number of copies and shipping address you provide in the Request Form. If you can order books from an Amazon site in your country, we should be able to ship you a bulk order to be shipped from within your country.
TO PLACE A BULK ORDER:
1. Fill out and submit the “Bulk Order Request Form" below.
2. After we receive your request, we will email you an invoice within 2 business days for the full amount it would cost if you choose to proceed with the transaction. A link for payment will be included. .
3. We will not place the order through Amazon unless and until we receive payment. If you choose not to proceed with the purchase, simply do not respond to the invoice.
