So sorry for the inconvenience but the glitches in our new online store still have not been able to be worked out, so we are having to set up a different workaround.
We created our own online store in an effort to overcome what appears to be major
interference (i.e., censorship) in the sale of our book due to its subject matter.
We don't know if Amazon has been blocking orders,
or fulfilling them all but just not crediting our account, or both.
